How do I get my D to attack scrambling qbs?

It seems that my lbs or whoever wont attack scrambling qbs until they are 2 yards down field. They look at him but never attack him until yardage is already picked up. Is there a fix for this?

My best guess is to use "QB contain" This works very well against any QB including Vick.

I know what to call, but my MLB or whoever is spying will never try for them until they have already gone 3 yds past the LOS. They just stand there.

Ev'body knows exactly what you mean. It's like the LBs are "frozen" in their zones until the QB gets beyond the line of scrimmage and then some...maybe something that can be patched but I doubt they will.

Oh.. Sorry I misunderstood, I have this same problem. The best thing I do is play as the spying LB, I haven't been able to find a solution around it.

Its really frustrating giving up a first down because my defender won't do his job. Hopefully tuners will fix this.

This was an issue in the demo, and I could have sworn that it was said that it would be fixed for the retail. It's pretty annoying, not to mention that quarterbacks are at top speed in one step, and even when I react with my defender it feels like it takes forever to get his momentum going in the right direction.

Its even crazier when they shrug off the defender for even more yards. I guess I will have to use whoever is spying, instead of the fs I usually use. They need to fix this ASAP.
