Is there draft, free agency, or even scouting online franchise?

Starting one up with a bunch of my buddies and i dont see any of this. What happens at the end of the year?

also is there a way to look up ppl to see their skill lvl? say i wanted to invite other ppl from forums to play but wanted ppl in our skill lvl (we suck) to play is this possible to monitor?

There is a draft, but there is no scouting. When the draft starts all the players ratings are revealed so there will be no busts or gems or whatever. There is no FA either cause there is no salary cap. It's pretty much like EA got half way done with online franchise then said aww F it. EDIT: There actually ARE free agents, but there are no contracts or salary cap or anything like that. I just wanted to clarify what I was saying for you.
