Dirty Sanchez
Mark Sanchez is A potential but in the first two seasons that I simmed, he only progressed 1 OVR point. Is this because he's relatively young or does anyone else find him progressing slowly, if at all.

Not all players reach their ceiling. You can run 5 different dynasties and player will progress differently in each of them.

Which is great news! It makes having fantasy drafts or even ammy drafts a bit more fun because you never know if you are going to get a future star or just a bust.

What scares me is that I have run at least 10 different franchises to the 2nd and 3rd years and each and every time, he's only progressed 1 OVR point.
