How bad is the udfa issue? I'm just past my first year and they seem to be everywhere? Does the number increase year to year or does it stay the same with new ones each year?

I would have no issues with the timeline on the patch if it wasn't for the fact that your more than likely going to have to start a new Chise for the patch to take effect. In previous years I would get 3 to 4 seasons into a franchise and then have to start all over again once a patch was released which is extremely frustrating....

The issues with Franchise mode and the QB scrambling issue in Coach Mode are the only reason I'm not playing Madden right now. It's a shame too because I like the on-field product better than any other football game that I've played.

With Gears 3 in the 360 and NBA2K12 right around the corner I don't know if Madden is going to get any run this year.

Some of the things I'm seeing in this thread (QB scrambling/DE pressure) I would think would be able to be solved with tuning. I thought that was the whole point, so that we don't have to wait 3 months to have a problem corrected -- at least one that's gameplay based. I'm a patient man, and I like to give people a wide berth to do their job, but it's becoming more frustrating by the day that there's no tuner, and no acknowledgement.

Well, I think I mentioned in here or another thread that last Thursday Mike Young said a patch announcement would be soon.

Usually, with patches, tuners arrive around the same time.
