slight delay/freeze after hiking the ball, why?

When I snap the ball there's a pause then play resume's, does anybody else have this problem. I play on a PS3.

Are you playing online? it could be your connection.

But I have never had a problem yet other than team introductions are laggy.

No, this happens offline in both franchise and exhibition.

I've been reading that installing bigger HD with only 5400rpm will effect Madden. Has anybody heard of this? I installed a 500gb western digital HD with 8MB cache and 5400rpm; but I've also read different views of this with no solution.

I erased my game data and started over, but still same problem.

is this on 360 as well, Is every ps3 version of madden 12 have this problem?

I've had this problem with Madden and NCAA both. Install the game to your hard drive (continue to run it off the disk though) and it will fix it.

I realize you can't install game on a PS3, I pressed the triangle button and there's no option to install game. You must have a 360.
