What's with Saints and Broken Collarbone?

This is my Injury Report just before the Super Bowl in my second season. Were facing the Colts.

Q'Dareus Hankerson (WR) - Herniated Disk - Placed on IR
Marques Colston (WR) - Meniscus Tear - Placed on IR
Brandon Lloyd (WR) - Broken Collarbone - Placed on IR
Santana Moss (WR) - Broken Collarbone - Placed on IR
Martez Wilson (OLB) - Broken Collarbone - Placed on IR
Jonathan Vilma (MLB) - Broken Collarbone - Placed on IR
Tracy Porter (CB) - Broken Collarbone - Placed on IR

Brandon Lloyd, Martez Wilson, and Q'Dareus Hankerson all happened in the Conference playoffs against the Packers.
Why so many Collarbone issues?

And how come whenever it says Drew Brees is injured or out for the game, he comes back in like on the very next play? It's done it a lot on the CPU team too. I remember it with Kellen Winslow, Aaron Rodgers, Tony Romo, and Reggie White.

It ain't just with the saints. It has happen to a few of the panther players in my franchise mode aswell. I think broken collarbone is the most common and the most used injury in madden12.

Yup. Whenever there's an injury on my franchise team 25-33% of the time its a broken collarbone.

Well to be fair it is the most common injury. However, it heals fairly quickly. For me it took 6 weeks. I wish different injuries impacted players at different poistions. Like if a qb injures his non throwing hand he can still play. Just takes a hit in stats. I've seen many, many instances where linemen break their hands and fingers and they continue to play yet in madden their out weeks at a time.

6 Weeks???

The shortest of mine was 8. Longest was 17. So I placed them all on IR
