Where do I find the sliders and difficulty setting once inside the franchise?

It is under franchise settings. Click Y (or Triangle) to bring up the little franchise menu and then go to the bottom menu thing and it should be under there.

U won't find it inside Franchise. U can edit Sliders during the game, or U can save your 'chise and then go to the main menu and do it from there.

Any changes will be reflected in your current 'chise.

Thanks Boise! I was scratching my head with the first answer because that's where I was looking for them and was getting frustrated. On top of that answer of yours. If my son plays under my sign in name will he then be stuck with my sliders? He's only 7 so my level is too difficult for him that's why I ask.

Yeah he will be stuck with those sliders. I don't understand why they don't differentiate between each mode...

I think his Son can have his own Profile, thus his own personal set of Sliders.

Check if you can make him his own Profile, bro. Should be able to seeing as you can have more than 1 User Controlled Team in Franchise Mode.

I think on the Main Menu screen, if U push L3 or R3 (something, look on the bottom of the screen below where it scrolls info), it says something like "change Profile."
