I don't know if I'm missing something, but is there a way to edit a player's physical features (height, weight, etc)?

Unfortunately no, incredibly dumb also. Not you lol, not having the ability to edit features. I use the generated draft classes and every now and then Id love to edit one of them to a real college draftee, but nope cant do it!

It would just be nice to be able to edit all of the 5'8" receivers. Last draft I saw at least 5 of them.

That's so weird that they took away the ability to change physical traits, but gave us the ability to change skill attributes. Why not both? I've seen a few CPU generated players who have great strength but are pretty small and need to be beefed up.

I'd love to hear the developers' reasoning behind this, because I can't think of a good reason for it.

Then again there was never a good reason to not allow us to edit players within franchise mode, but it still took them years to give it to us (That was the single biggest reason why I never bought Madden 11).

So They Lied!!! Yes we were told we would be able to EDIT the Players..
I take that to mean a TOTAL Edit...

that's what i thought as well when they said total edit of players. i miss the ps2 days when u could do that u could edit hair.weight,etc that's one basic things the game should of never took out i also hate how if u create a player u can delete them??????? wth cant u delete a player u make? again in ps2 u could.

I got Madden 11 the other day for $20. Glad I did.. $60!!! No Way! not Worth it..
