On defense, in the past couple Maddens, I would've said Patrick Willis, but this year... I've gotta say Revis.

I'm not that great at getting pressure, so I have to resort to a lot of 5, 6 man-blitzes. I need guys who can cover.

Meanwhile, I wouldn't invest so high at LB positions, because I find that my LBs rarely get more than 4, 5 tackles a game. I'm thinking a bunch of run-stuffing DEs and DTs are the way to go, while guys with high speed and acceleration at LB are what you need.

I'd seriously spend my first five defensive picks in Madden on 3 corners and 2 safeties. Then I'd get the linebackers, and then the defensive line. The defensive linemen are just getting used as meat shields in my franchise.
