This button is enabled ONLY if you do 1 of the following methods:

A) Play on Rookie Difficulty
B) Play on Pro Difficulty
C) USER Sliders QB ACC + PASS BLK + WR CTH = 151 or more ** Doesn't matter the combination, as long as the sum is at least 151

Swim moves are both the left and right of the right thumb stick....

UP on the right thumb stick is the bull rush. (don't know where its being told differently but that's really what the controls are.)
