Not to be a jerk, but most of what you asked you can find out in about 5 minutes by just doing it.
I'll answer anyway.
It does show an overhead view of your stadium at the main screen when you are playing at home. It's generic, but it does have a picture.
In the games, it doesn't have an overhead shot before the game.
Gus doesn't appear to say either team names or cities. I moved Jacksonville to Las Vegas and called them the Vipers (logo is in the game) and he says neither city or team name.
Couple other things to note:
If your stadium has a statue like in the modern open or mezzanine style end zones, make sure to go into Edit Active Team after you have relocated and edit your stadium to make sure that it reflects your logo and not the default Shark. The normal relocation doesn't catch this for some reason. You change your logo, but it stays a shark in the stadium for the statue only. Edit team can fix it though easy enough.
