Would you rather build a 3-4 or 4-3 Defense?

If you were doing fantasy draft which defense would your rather build?

I would pick a 3-4 defense, with both OLBs and a ILB blitzing most of the time.

3-3-5 is perfect. But if I have to pick one of these 2, I'd definitely go with a 4-3 over a 3-4.

I would go with a 3-4. I just value a MLB more than a DT personally. And LE an RE still get sacks in a 3-4, plus with the blitzing OLBs

I think if you have the right personnel for it, the 3-4 is the best pressure defense in the NFL. And since I like to blitz, and really like guys like Demarcus Ware and Clay Matthews, its an easy choice for me. You need the personnel for it.

The 4-3 is pretty awesome but again it really depends on your personell. I think if I had Suh, I'd run a 4-3 because it utilizes his talents best and allows him better pass rush and penetration ability. But I mean ideally, I like the 3-4 because its designed to confuse the offensive line and the quarterback. And in a league where so much is based off of match ups now and stopping the quarterback, I like being able to send the blitz from all sorts of angles and really get the quarterback and offensive line thinking rather than reacting.

What I really love the most is nickel formations that green bay roles with and uses the corner on the blitz. I like having a lot of good corners, and using those guys with all that speed to crash down on the quarterback and shoot past those linemen, but still be able to cover and keep up that level of unpredictability.
