no Gus on the PS3 even after patch

I wonder if it's tied to your sound settings on your receiver or something. The commentators might be blocked under the wrong sound settings. Just a guess. I know if I listen with headphones and my extension isn't properly plugged in I will get all the audio but the commentary. I just have to redo the connections.

I personally like Chris Collinsworth in the game and I've gotten used to Gus.

I have the same issue, it's been like that since I got the game, I even went back to to walmart and exchanged it for a new copy of M12 and still no gus and chris, all the other sound works. It might have something to do with my TV

I was having this same issue. My PS3 is hooked up to a tv where I have a stereo. Everything (including the PS3) is hooked into the stereo hdmi inputs and the output hdmi cable goes to the TV. The only time I can hear the announcers is if I have my stereo turned on. If I try to run the game w/out turning on the stereo, I will have all audio from the game (though my TV speakers) except for the play by play. I have no idea why it does this, but hopefully this helps you out!

Can I make this happen on the 360? I would probably pay for DLC that simply removes his voice from the game.

I like him in real life but his fake enthusiasm in Madden is terrible and it wears on me fast.
