Need help with Colts franchise

I am planning to start a franchise as Colts and I would like to ask a few things:
1) What if Peyton Manning gets injured?
2) For how many years will Peyton Panning have the same perfomance as now?
3) Who are the 5-6 players Colts will count on?
4) What positions need better players?
5) Can I reach easily the SuperBowl?
6) What about all-pro difficulty?

Re: Need help with Colts franchise

1. If Manning gets injured I'd sign Garrard, or else you're stuck with Painter/Collins.
2. Around 3-5 years depending on how well you play with him.
3. Manning(duh), Freeny, Addai, Brown, R.Wayne, Clark
4. Better lb/db's(can sign a few vets to fill holes)get deep at WR, stronger oline
5. Depends on the diff you play on.
6. Well on rook you will. All-pro is a little easy(for me) If the cpu challenges you, go for it. If not however, try using some sliders.
7. See 6

1) see the Colts in real life lol but seriously might as well get ready for post-manning era, I'd invest in a younger QB the next season, in a mean while try to get younger at Oline so by the time your next possible franchise QB is set to step on the field he'll be in good hands. (Oline is especially important for young QBs,)

2) in madden? Idk maybe 2-3 years

3)the whole team is getting old so whoever they gonna be drafting in coming years.(they drafted Offensive tackles in 1st and 2nd rd this year and I think it was a good move)

4) Oline IMO

5) as long as you have Manning, then yes. post Manning era, idk depends on how you manage your team.

6)not sure what you're asking

Re: Need help with Colts franchise

1. Agree with above, sign Garrard
2. No Clue, I'm finding that out now myself as I go. Hopefully a few seasons.
3. Manning, Freeney, Clark, Wayne, Addai (maybe Mathis)
4. Depends on the difficulty you play on, but I have had a hard time without upgrading at CB. Plus a real strong interior d-linemen will help if you are playing on all-madden. The run can be tough to stop with the Colts with their roster, lots of missed tackles.
5. Depends on your skills and what level you are playing on.
6. Depends on your skills and frustration level. I find All Star a bit too easy, while stopping the run with the Colts on All Madden, well Maddening. lol...which I guess is pretty realistic.

For my franchise with the Colts, I have added a couple of o-lineman off the Free Agent list that weren't scooped up by CPU teams, and was able to make a trade for a CB to play opposite of Powers. Also, added a high strength meat head to play the DT spot. Nothing too drastic, but it has helped.

I'm currently 5-3, but it hasn't been real easy.
