Did the implement the new overtime rules in the game, because I just lost after Jacksonville won the toss drove down and kicked a field goal. For some reason they ended the game and I never got a chance to go and score.

That's actually correct since the new overtime rules only apply to the postseason, in the regular season, it's just regular sudden death, even if the guys doing the commentary don't seem to know that.
