Well if their game is that messed up to the point they can't fix it via tuner or patch, then they should just come out and SAY SO. I rather people be honest and upfront about things, instead of not saying anything.
Take the MLB The Show community manager for example. When somebody asked about the position of the player shades on players faces, he was honest and up front about it and said WHY they couldn't fix it.
But with the Madden team and NCAA team you don't get that. What you get instead is denial that anything is even wrong with their games. It isn't until they dozens of videos and pictures of you specifically highlighting and pointing out the problem do they even pay attention and acknowledge what you are talking about.
Then they say they are working on it and immediately go quiet for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Pop up online and say it was submitted, give a vague description of what was fixed, then go quiet again.
Patch comes out, patch causes other issues, you tell them, they have vacated and you get the auto reply answer of well I will pass it along to the team for the rest of the year.
EA's SILENCE is the most irritating and annoying thing ever when it comes to problems with their games. They don't want to talk about them.
However they always want to talk about MUT packs, who should get a ratings boost, ratings decrease, who you think will win in the upcoming Saturday college football games, who you got on Sundays football games.
But fixing problems and issues with the game ? What ? What you say ? I can't hear you, you breaking up, got to go bye. No hablo ingles.
