Does Andrew Luck appear in Madden 12?

Does he eventually make it into the NFL on Madden 12 like through the drafts?

I actually am playing now. Imported draft class and he was selected #1 overall by Miami.

He's not part of the NFLPA and I'm pretty sure you don't get the same draft class every year so it wouldn't make much sense.

Would I news NCAA to import him or could I download someone's draft class for ps3 and place it on my ps3

The NCAA would definitely go insane if Andrew Luck appeared in Madden NFL 12. However, like the other OS users here have said, you can import him from NCAA Football 12 (which I am going to do once I purchase Madden NFL 12) or you simply create him.
