You do know were talking about Madden right? This is the Madden section,

And you can't compare players based on their statistics. That would imply all teams are the same.

Nice quote from SportsCenter. Just added the "in Madden"

John Beck is the perfect qb man, he's got that weak arm so you don't have to worry about him taking to many chances down field. He's terribly inaccurate, so atleast when he does make those dumb decisions and try and force the ball, he's inaccurate enough to have the ball sail out of bounds anyways, thus saving a turnover. He's not very mobile or athletic, so you don't have to worry about him scrambling down field and getting injured. And last but not least, he's got almost no experience and has never won a game, meaning there's not much film on him and his winning percentage can only go up!
What else could you look for in a qb!

Then alex smith falls down even further. All those guys i mentioned plus stafford, palmer, cutler, hassleback, eli, and even flacco are better maddden qbs then alex smith.

Exactly, what's this guy talking about? Alex Smith is pretty average in madden, decently athletic, but weak arm and not overly accurate.

This was purely based off of a rigorous, in-depth analysis of the listed quarterbacks statistics and performances throughout their career. According to my research Drew Brees would only be listed if the list was of the Top 50 QB's, in which he would have been listed at #50.
HAHA Most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

I am a huge Saints fan and have been all my life. I love Brees but this thread is flat out stupid. Why has this not been closed? Honestly I am really lost as why this is still open
