If you want a project, I'd look at the Browns, no need to pick a talented team like NY, NO to rebuild.

Young QB, but could draft one with a bigger arm to expand the available routes (play-style dependent). Greg Little, Ben Watson, Cribbs, and some other young receivers. Obviously no ones a mainstay so to speak, so you could really put your own stamp on this teams offense.

They have Eli Manning. I can put up Packer-esque numbers with him at QB.
