There are lots of missing A players like Tramon Williams, Nick Collins, etc. Is there any reason why they were left out?

Tramon Williams and Nick Collins are both 28, so they wouldn't be on the list (correctly).

Sorry, I was heavily into the lists and forgot about under 27 years of age.
