Franchise mode Elite

In franchise mode i have a very good linebacker corps. I run a 4-3.

ROLB-Von Miller-98 ovr

MLB-Navarro Bowman-90ovr

LOLB-Terell Suggs-85

On offense i have a lethal weapon.

QB- Commodore-88ovr

HB-Jonathan Stewart-84ovr

WR-Wes Welker-88ovr
WR-Reggie Wayne-86ovr
WR-Decker-85 ovr

TE- Dallas Clark-84 ovr

I made the superbowl and im going up against the 49ers or the cowboys.

This is with the broncos(yes i benched tim tebow)

Has anyone here put together an elite linebacker corps or an elite db corps?

OR has anyone just made an unstoppable defense?

Re: Franchise mode Elite

I just finished drafting a fantasy team around Jake Locker that's looking pretty elite in most regards, especially speed.

QB - Jake Locker, Terelle Pryor
HB - Darren McFadden, Mark Ingram, Noel Devine
FB - Marcel Reece (90 Speed and 85 Impact Block on a FB? Accept no substitutes!)
WR - Calvin Johnson Jr., Torrey Smith, Jacoby Ford, Demaryius Thomas
TE - Rob Gronkowski, Kyle Rudolph
T - Jared Veldheer, Tyron Smith
G - Mike Iupati, Stefen Wisniewski
C - Maurkice Pouncey

Running a 4-3 on defense

DE - Marcell Dareus, Robert Quinn
DT - Nick Fairley, Corey Luiget, Stephen Paea
OLB - Von Miller, Martez Wilson
MLB - Brian Cushing
CB - Patrick Peterson, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Sam Shields, Demarcus Van ****
FS - Earl Thomas
SS - Eric Berry

This team is just sick, throwing to Megatron and Gronkowski feels like cheating at times, they simply catch anything thrown in their general direction. Run-DMC is definitely the second best RB in the game behind AP, his speed combined with a lot of power is just amazing. I don't think you could draw up a much better offense to just plug a rookie QB into.

My defensive front is already strong and built up completely by A potential rookies (this rookie class is ridiculously deep at Dline...) so they'll only get better over time. Von Miller is already a beast and will improve even further, Cushing is just as elite. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick up a third elite LB, so I've got Martez Wilson starting at LOLB, but he's still fast enough to keep the game in front of him if he makes a mistake.

The really sick part is my secondary, my four CBs all have speed 97 or 98, no way anyone's gonna outrun this coverage (important since I love to throw a lot of Cover 1/0 man blitzes at my opponent), Peterson and DRC are both turnover machines, and I don't think I need to lose many words about Earl Thomas and Eric Berry.

That is very similar to the team my friend and I ended up with for our fantasy draft franchise. We actually wanted Earl Thomas too (to pair with Berry) but just missed him, same with Marcel Reese. I'll have to get the actual roster next time I'm there so I can post it. Usually I'm all about realism but that team is just awesome to play with for the fun of it lol

Re: Franchise mode Elite

Joe Haden (92 OVR), Darrelle Revis (99 OVR) and TJ Ward (95 OVR).

The Browns still suffer though... we are now 3-2 in 2014. Following a 10-6 2013 season and WC Loss.
