Re: snow?

Hasn't there been snow at a New England playoff game like once or twice since 2001, if that? It's not like it snows constantly in winter in the north. There is always snow on the ground, but it doesn't mean it always snows. Never is messed up, but shouldn't be expecting it every single game from December on.

Personal choice I suppose, but I'll take "predictable" over "absent 99% of the time."

Re: snow?

Just a follow up.... Finished through the playoffs with Denver (hosted all my playoff games) and no snow. So I've played seasons now with Denver, Chicago, Buffalo, Baltimore, Cleveland, NY Giants, Philadelphia, and Green Bay. I hosted at least one playoff game with all of them except Cleveland, and no snow.

Idk, maybe at least give us the option of choosing precipitation in offline franchise next year. I would at least expect to see some white stuff on the ground during the overhead stadium shot in Denver in mid-January.

Re: snow?

The only logical explanation has to be... GLOBAL WARMING HAS HIT MADDEN!

Re: snow?

Madden 11, every December game in Buffalo was in the snow.

In 12, the AFCCG was sunny with 20º. It's a bit realistic.
But the week 17 game at NE with 64º?

Maddens weather is FUBAR and they know it. Its a matter of if they will fix it or not. I doubt its on the list of what they work on. So I'm sure next year and beyond weather effects/variants (LIKE GODDAMN OVERCAST GAMES THAT NEVER HAPPEN) won't really be seen.

Yeah.

I think they literally cant fix the weather. Thats why they manually assigned weather to each game last year. And when people realized weather was pre-determined they cried foul.

So now we have this.

I have no faith EA will ever fix weather other than these panicked band-aid fixes they try to employ.
