Online Franchise Fantasy Draft Tips?

Hey, so I'm going to be doing an Online franchise fantasy draft with two buddies.

I'd like to hear from people who have found success with certain players in online leagues, it doesn't matter if their a high rating as I've not drafted every good player obviously.

Also, I always seem to draft a 3-4 DEF and I'm still wondering what defense is best. I usually like to build a balance offense, lately I've been thinking a Pass first offense could be deadly. I won't draft a run first offense with just 3 users as the CPU drafts o-line & d-line really early.

I'm not asking for a whole list, just some players who you think are essential to draft. I just don't seem to find new players who I like or who do outstanding, always go back with the same old people who do well.. but it gets repetitive.
