What settings should I set for my Franchise?

I want to work out some of my issues that I am having with online play by starting a new franchise and playing more games. I am looking for the slider set that will best replicate an online game. I know that most people will say the only way to get better online is to play online but I need to work on many aspects of my game and would rather do it offline then see my record continue to plummet.
I am using the cardinals, and would like to know what settings you guys think are best suited to get me geared up for online action.

Wow, however mentioned Noel Devine thanks!also, u guys should check out Dan gronkowski he is a free agent at the start of the season and a beast of a tight end.

Thats an issue w/ offline, young studs get cut and they replace them w/ "F" potential players!
Are you sure it was Dan Gronkowski or Rob Gronkowski. If its Rob he should be on the Pats roster breaking all rookie TE records lol.

I control all 32 teams offline for this and other reasons. I release the "F" potential players before advancing to the Reg season.
