My apologies. I ran a search and got nothing. I hate having my thunder stolen; sure didn't mean to take yours.

Re: Madden Evolution History 1989-2012

Such a shame the PS2/X-Box era was it's best years as far as gameplay and the feel of the game. It had it's problems like deep balls were too easy to make, pass rush was more overly aggressive but the tackles & break tackle animations along with others were just so much better than the animations you lose control over now. The outcomes in certain situations are just so out of control of the user in Madden now. Recently playing M08 on PC again has really been eye opening to the regression of Madden from that year to now as far as control and good logical animations. I truly hope Kolbe can bring back that feel & look in the game-play.

Re: Madden Evolution History 1989-2012

wasn't there a generic game "Madden" put out for the N64?

All I remember is I was playing with the "Charlotte Panthers"

No NFL logos, team logos, or players IIRC
