Madden NFL 12 mirror sim to NFL regular season(?)

I understand that part, I'm just talking about matching up when teams face each other. I want to be able to have Giants-Cowboys start on Thursday Night Football in Week 1 of my Franchise Mode that I have simmed to match last season. There's never been any way to change around the schedule like that in any Madden or NCAA game I've ever played. In NCAA, you could change non-conference opponents, but never the actual week you played them, and the team you changed to had to have an open week. The ability to change around actual weeks would change the schedule of every other team in the NFL. That type of new logic would probably take a HUGE code re-write, and they still haven't gotten things like weather, shoulder pads, or stats all the way right in franchise.

Personally, I'd be happy with late season Thursday Night Games (which we don't have), and the opening Thursday game, which is in the game, featuring the defending champ.
