I am curious because i do not want that to happen but i also dont want to control all 32 teams because it defeats the purpose of the FA bidding

Through about 5 years in my Franchise, no one to my knowledge has relocated.

I think the chances are very slim so I wouldn't worry about it.

In M12? Never, well, at least not in any of the 20+ or so 30 year franchises I have played.
