Can someone explain this to me?

Lets use Eli Manning for example:

Manning, Eli 79.8 20 80...........(WR Catch-55)

so If I'm controlling him, he'll have 20 QBA and 80 Catch.

If the CPU is controlling him, he'll have 80 QBA and 55 catch?
