Its not realistic but it is better than previous years, at least the transition from college to pros. Players drafted late arent all of a sudden 10 points slower, and QB's arm strength doesnt really decrease either. They did a good job of keeping physical attributes in line with what they were in the college game.

It is setup the same way this year's rookie class was with the default rosters, pretty much. There was a thread a while back that went over this in lengthy discussion... lemme see if I can find it

This is funny because with the way I draft players, I usually target my must haves and figure out when I need to take them in order to get them. If I think I have to draft a 3rd round guy in the early second round in order to get him, I'll do it.

I'm ALWAYS graded poorly by the CPU for my draft classes, but I always come away from the draft with 4 or 5 guys will make big contributions to my team.
