Player-Lock Camera for Madden

Completly agree;right now the camera view is pushed to far back presnap for my taste.Futhermore as it is now ;when you change the view to zoom mode you cant see the outside of the fieldWR/DB interactions.We should of had customizable camera views by now in madden.Not only that, we should expect them to push the envolope ; if its a first person camera view ,or a fisheye camera view, like we have dicussed in an earlier thread.

I've tweeted to the guys down at community day and there will be no new camera options again and no word on if they'll be implemented next-next gen. So please all who read this, The next wishlist E.A. puts out for up coming Maddens make USER-DEFINED CAMERA NO 1 REQUEST.

Just heard it is not in Madden 13 and add no uploading draft picks from NCAA I may have to pass this year.

Big disappointment this is still left out.

Yeah I really was hoping they'd get this in. It was the main reason I got NCAA but even that wont get me to get NCAA this year.

Still excited for Madden. But disappointing none-the-less...

Yea just played NCAA demo and it's still in their game. Just amazes me how they make it seem so hard to add when NCAA devs should have the coding.

Like I've said in other places, the report that the 2 games are developed side-by-side seems to be very far from the truth. No reason that a playable camera that's been in NCAA for 4 years now can't be moved over to Madden. On a larger scale, not having the Infinity Engine in NCAA but in Madden is also a head-scratcher.

I'll just have to learn to live without player-lock in Madden. Maybe this will give me an excuse to play as an offensive player (QB or RB) in Connected Careers so that Defense will be simulated, because honestly, it's just not as fun playing D in Madden as it is in NCAA.

I completely agree DJ. And not a bad idea to just take an offensive skill position. Problem is I like the draft and free agency and I don't believe you can control the team for those off season tasks if you are just a player.
