I like to pick a certain play style and then take a team and try to mould them towards that through the draft.

For example, I've just started a Seahawks 'chise where I wanted to go Spread style Carolina Panthers offense, and 3-4 Defense, just because you've got Red Bryant at DE. Draft the larger DEs and the pass rushing OLBs, Draft a scrambling QB etc.

Another one is to create a new team with a "cupcake" roster and just try to build through the draft
