I'm not sure how that could work. Say I'm in year two then switch to madden 13. I've already done a fake draft, now will the real rookies randomly pop up in the game? How about players that retire in real life but didn't in your online franchise, will Hines Ward be booted from a team midseason because EA no longer has rights to the player?

I think it would be cool to continue a franchise, I'm just having a hard time seeing how it could work.

This would be ideal for me! Just add to that training camp and either a Tony Bruno like news show or some kind of weekly wrapup from Trey Wingo. Also, I would like to see more done with the draft and a lot more trading from CPU to CPU teams.

Yea I've been excited about June 4th because of the Connected Career mode more so than the gameplay reveal.

Lack of a decent franchise mode the last however many years has kept me from buying the game new and holding on to it for more than a month.

This is the on announcement I am waiting for. If I don't have to manually stimulate player movement in my online franchise I think I'll cry tears of joy.
