What kind of coach will you be?

In Cleveland, we will have no choice but to build a team. It will probably take 4-5 seasons before we make the playoffs, but it will be worth the long road.

I will likely have three Connected Careers, one with my friends from work, one with my OS brethren and one offline when I'm waiting on guys for the other two. Therefore, I guess that I will try each of the different coach types.

I have to disagree. We have seen that some coach goals are "make it to the Superbowl" etc. As a coach, just like in the NFL, you manage the roster 100%. You call the plays. You make bad players good, and good players even better.

I don't know, each type has its own perk. I'll try motivator first, probably, so I'm successful in free agency.

do current coaches have these roles already assigned to them?

if so, i hope miami's HC Philbin is a team builder. Coming from Green Bay where they sign about 1 FA every 3 years and build through the draft

I will have to go with teambuilder. I love building team through the rookie draft.

Team Builder, I just build through the Draft. I may sign free agents but it's only players that are cheap to be backup players if I need to fill out my roster.
