i was about to say that too. i watched every titans game last year and from what i can remember nate did wear one sleeve most of the time, i also seen him wear both im thinkin he just paid the fine to do so,nate wears to many diff arm acc something diff almost every game but i could find anything about him getting fined for the one sleeve

In the NCAA demo. RG3 has his arm sleeve. It shouldn't be hard to implement since they both run the same engine.
