Commish Tools

Does anyone have a list of how the commish tools are setup in CC?

One of the challenges of OF the past couple years has been tied to being stuck with just one commish and having to use the PS3 interface for booting/invites/week advancement.

Does anyone know if...

-Multiple commish are allow? Or if admin roles can be handed out ala MLB the Show?
-Commish tools extend to the new website?
-Any new commish tools we didn't have previously in regards to managing users?
-Anything in place to allow someone to "sub" in for an away owner? I understand there is autopilot for CPU use, but is anything in effect for allowing another user to step in without having to remove an owner?
-Do the same invite/boot rules apply? If someone is booted they require an invite to rejoin?
