Which Madden-Gen QB gets to 99?

I'm using the draft guide and want to get some 99s on my team. I'm drafting every 85-87 guy I can find.
Using the Niners, Alex Smith just retired and I want to find the next leader. I have a couple QBs on the roster that are high 80s, but I did find 2 Madden generated rookies that are an 87 and 86 coming out of the draft. Wondering if anyone has found them and used them? Hoping one of them is 21...to get the most years possible out of him. Got the names of these two?
If anyone also uses the guide, one of the draft class is on page 18 and the other is on 24. Anyone grab an 85 or 84 and turn him into a 99?

EDIT: Can we just have a rule that posts that criticize how people enjoy their games are not allowed? It's one thing to discuss how to have fun with a game, its another to say that one is doing it wrong.

I wasn't criticizing him in any way. I was simply stating my opinion. Pretty sure that's allowed here at Operation Sports.
