I wouldn't really call us the voice of EA but rather the voice of the collective community. We evaluate everything we see, hear, and read, trying to prioritize, then communicate in a direct one-on-one conversation with the designers and developers to make an impact or change the course of the game.

We are not always heard but that doesn't stop us from asking for what we would like to see.
