Here are the positions that I understand will be available in CC. Each position will let you choose from certain styles of play. For example - QB will have the ability for you to choose between a balanced player, pocket passer, field general, etc.

Quarterback
Halfback
Wide Receiver
Tight End
Cornerback
Safety
Defensive End
Defensive Tackle
Outside Linebacker
Middle Linebacker

Did you ever find anything out about having a 2nd string qb moving on after a good year to another team and still beaing able to control him, or if your a coach that gets fired moving on to a new team or are we always stuck with the team we pick to start with?
P.S. I really hope this is not the case, I dont wanna always feel stuck..

You would always retain control of your created player/coach, even if you went to another team. If your coach gets fired and you want to stay with your favorite team then you would just create a new coach identity and hire him as the coach.
