Actually, McCarthy's Green Bay offense is West Coast-based. As always, the further you get away from the originator (Bill Walsh in this case) the more individual wrinkles coaches put on it. Like Shanahan with the zone running and boot game, or Andy Reid and his slighty more vertical iteration, etc...
