I know about the Wii U but what about the Wii?

Ive heard news on the wii u but not much on the wii except for being able to edit players. Does anyone know if they updated anything other than that Cartoon players still, audio,presentation,physics? I under stand that people mostly play xbox or ps3 but still why does the wii get the shaft?

I guess its mostly because they cannot just port the game over to the Wii because it cant handle what the 360 and PS3 can so it would take coding all these new thing for the Wii as well which is double the time. So I guess they have their version of the Wii and just give it minor updates. This is just a educated guess on my part I have no clue what their motives really are.

Does anyone know if they put the XP system in franchise mode and if they have cpu trades in the Wii version?
