Formation subs in?

You can sub individual players at the playcall screen.. Its just very time consuming to do in between plays....

They should allow us to set our formations outside of games & especially our KR and Punt Teams.. I hate seeing Brian Urlacher & Lance Briggs covering KO...

So can you sub in a specific formation in between plays?? I can't find where to do this.
