I have the same problem with my guy coming out greyish..

other than that i like it.

Nvm i got it to work with better pictures and it looks awesome!

i finally got it to work. thank you guys for the help

How do I load the picture? I click start and click that apply picture one at the bottom and a windows comes up which I click yes to and then nothing happens?
