Change Scheme?

Will you be able to change schemes? Lets say I start a CCM as a coach with the Packers and because of their deep WR core and great QB I wanna change to a Spread Offense. Will I be able to do this by changing playbooks? Or will there just be an option to change scheme's in lets say the coach profile? Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

My 49ers are a power run scheme, but that is not what I want to run. I want to run more of a spread style offense.

When I create a coach in cc mode will I get to pick what type of players I want at every position? For example the Giants like balanced half backs, I like speed backs, will I get to switch to speed backs or will I have to deal with my player taking a ratings hit?

I think, I don't know for sure but I think, that as a coach you can choose what scheme you want and then it is all about trying to find players that fit that system. So if you were to change from a power run to a spread, initially the players you have that don't fit the system would take a hit but you could then go out and find spread players.

That is my impression of how it will work.

from the e3 videos, you dont just go in and pick a new scheme. you can change what type of players you are looking for at each position and based on that your scheme changes. at least thats what i got from them.

If you look at the tweet conversation between Looman and fr8trainshane - he says they are "working on" the ability to edit schemes - that would mean to me that you cant currently change schemes...

but

If you look on page 7 of 12 of the Game guide it says you can adjust scheme (among other things) - I hope that you can change CCM like the guide says and Looman just mis-spoke - love to hear confirmations from others seeing there are opposing answers to this - both with solid verification behind them....
