Do we have realistic stats this year??? SEASON.

Im more a fan of just building my teams and the off season so I usually just simulate the entire season. I have some OCD in me so when tom brady only completes 57% of his passes it bugs me.

MJD 496 carries, FS's and CB's would often have less than 20 tackles a year (starters). etc.

If I sim a season this year will it be more realistic?

I'm curious about this too although I've (regretfully) come to accept that the QB Completion % simply won't be realistic and instead I prefer to focus on YPA (generally 7.0-8.5 is a solid goal), TD vs INT, and Passing Yards.

One thing that has disappointed me in the past is seeing the top tier QBs have say a 7.2 or 7.3 YPA when usually they are closer to 7.7 or 7.8 (486 pass attempts for the former vs the latter needing just 448 attempts to reach 3,500 yards)

I really hope so but with assist tackles not being counted players are going to lose alot of should be half tackles added up. Ive gotten CBs to get 40 tackles a year last year but FS is a joke. Ive been preaching this for a few years now so I hope its fixed but my guess is or I should say there answer will be we didnt have enough time to do it right.
all we have heard for the last 7 years is maybe next year, its a joke.

So stupid about the assisted tackles. Gonna have league leaders with like 60 tackles....

More likely they'll count assisted tackles in the simmed CPU games and we wont have a shot to lead the league, and our LBers will drop their OVR like rocks.

That's what I was going to say. I'm sure the simmed games will produce plenty of asst tackles.

yep. in 12 I was able to get my SS and LB's legit tackle stats thanks to assisted tackles. this is terrible. then there is the FS lack of numbers in simulation. the longest fg=56 yards in simulation. we can go on and on with stuff that has been an issue, and was never fixed. did they at least fix QB completion percentage? as that had qb's who had good season's with low qb ratings thanks to stupid completion percentage numbers and then that led to that young QB losing his job even if he had 3500 yards 25/12, 53 percent wont cut it.

Especially the running backs. Speedier ones have low averages often.
