Players regress when they don't perform to their standards

Also probably around age 30-32 you might see them harder to improve.

Well, its different for everyone but generally guys start to regress around 30 y/o but that doesn't mean they don't have any good years left in them. Generally speaking though, never take a chance on signing someone for big money or multiple years after they hit 35. And if you're signing guys before they hit 35 try and make sure their contract is up around the time they reach 35.
