Yes, possibly more. Right Tackle and Left Tackle are quite a bit different, and in most blocking schemes, requires a much different skill set.

Regardless of the system Grant should never be better than Williams. This just seems like an elaborate way for the CPU to have 2nd & 3rd stringers start. CCM is great in theory but lacks practicality.

Seems like a really big issue. Why is this not gaining more traction?

If FAs always start, what the heck happens after an offseason??

what about flipping for an opposite handed qb. A left tackle for a right handed qb, should be very similar to a right tackle for a left handed qb. If your back up qb is opposite handed, you may need scheme wise to flip your tackles.

I did this earlier today for another thread. If you use a power running back (which is what Carolina is set to) then Grant is an 86 overall, Stewart is an 81, and Williams drops to a 71. This part is not a bug, Grant just fits better for Carolina's scheme than Williams does.

But the right/left switching is something I have noticed although it has not dropped my players overall at all

FAs don't always start. Don't worry. In the case of Ryan Grant starting over DeAngelo Williams is because the Panthers use a power run HB which makes Grant much better in overall than Williams
