I'm JUST noticing this. I think I like it. They basically downgrade everyone's ratings...I'm assuming becuz u can make so many upgrades with manual progression. Adds a challenge. I get it. I do like it. Thoughts?

It's because the rating you see in CCM is how that specific player is rated according to your teams scheme, as well as the production rating taking effect.
