Created player isn't showing up on CC

I'm guessing maybe its impossible? I created a player and added them to a team. Can't seem to get him to show up when I create a new CC. Anyone else been able to do it?

you can only use a created player if it is the one you are gonna use for your career,otherwise it only shows up in play now mode.no editing at all in connected career,except the one player.

You are unable to use any created or edited players in CCM. The only way I have played Madden for the last 10 years is by using a created player in offline franchise mode. They have taken that ability out of the game this year. Unbelievable.
