How do you get a certain receiver to cover a certain receiver all game?

I mean how to get a certain corner to cover a certain receiver all game. Sorry. I remember last year you could do it when you press start in game under game plan or something but this year I can't find it. Does anyone know? I would really appreciate it if someone did. Thanks!
