It looks like you have to download the trial and then the unlock download unlocks the full the game. The trial is 5.4GB whereas the demo was about 2.5GB so it's a different file.

Just wanted to post that I've got no problems downloading it now in Germany. Get the game 3 days earlier and cheaper through PSN as opposed to buying it in the store over here. Great deal.
